Let me tell you about this incredible healer, Cole Cottin!

Cole Cottin (she/they) is a Certified Hellerwork Structural Integration Practitioner, somatic facilitator, and professional trauma recovery advocate. Their work invites the body back into alignment — physically, emotionally, and energetically — through a blend of structural bodywork, breathwork, somatic movement, and seasonal attunement.

With over a decade of study in both ancient and contemporary healing arts, Cole creates a safe, grounded space where clients can reconnect with their inner resilience and healing capacity. Her sessions are inclusive, deeply intuitive, and rooted in embodied consent and authentic expression.

Check out our new digs!

Everyday, we get a little more comfy and settled into our new office space at 1246 Haskell Ave. We love the peace and quiet, the garden space around us, the private parking lot, and the all around really good vibes of this space. It feels so very earthy - very elemental. Like the earth is hugging you and absorbing anything you need to release.

Thanks to the amazing and .consulting for helping with the creative design aspect of our new space, and to both .and.mend and for the incredible plant dyed curtains that really lift the space to a new level of gorgeous.

Thanks to Ando for help with the beautiful stenciled wildflowers and they natural toxin free clay wall paint, to and Dirt Flirt Dan for help with the native plant landscaping, and to countless other friends who really pulled together to make this space come to life. Thank you SOOO much!

We feel blessed and honored to get to collaborate with so many talented people! Thanks Lawrence for supporting this big move and expansion.
