Tomorrow is the walk! Hope Walks Here raises money for the American Foundation for Su***de Prevention.

Your support would mean the world! Join us or donate if you are able. 😊

We will be walking at the Lawrence Rotary Arboretum.
This event is an opportunity to connect with those who have experienced su***de loss and learn more about the local resources available to those who are struggling.

Children and dogs (and any other animals that walk on a leash, I suppose) are also welcome to join us!

You can register/donate online or at the event. Registration starts at 10:00; walk begins at 11:00.

I love working with pre/postnatal women!

This momma brought her newborn to her massage. He got fussy a couple of times but rolling his stroller back and forth for a few moments settled him down (not to mention the workout I got by moving his stroller with one foot, standing on the other, and continuing to massage).

She mentioned that she would have been more distracted and wouldn’t have been able to relax as much if she had left him during her massage.
I’m so glad that she felt comfortable bringing him with her.

Women who get postnatal massages report feeling like a new person after their massage. This fills my heart! I love that I can offer services that make people feel so good!!!
