Next Tuesday, Torrell is going to be teaching his FIRST EVER yoga class at YBY!! He’ll be subbing our 6am Power Flow class, so set your alarms and come start your Tuesday out on a high note with us! We’ll see you there 🤩

Lydia helped Charlotte in with her foot in a full cast, which Charlotte said was the highlight of her week! And Ellen has committed to bringing all of her friends to yoga this summer 🥳

Happy birthday Keira!! 🎉

The birthday girl showed up for 6am Power Flow this morning and started her celebrations out right 🙌🥳

Leanna said she wishes she was half this smart at 20 years old, and is continually in awe and admiration of our young people 🥰

We can’t wait to see what the next year brings! 💫

Congratulations to all of our students who wrapped up the school year this weekend! You’ll be dearly missed around the studio this summer, but we can’t wait to see you back in the fall 🥰

We have a SUPER exciting event coming up this Friday with Rukmani and Serena that you won’t want to miss! ✨

Join us at 7.30pm for a Cacao & Sound Journey New Moon Ceremony!

Come connect with a loving community in a safe space to open your heart and feel nourished by the medicinal qualities of ceremonial cacao sustainably sourced from Peru and an Immersive sound journey intuitively designed with care to honor the new moon in Ta**us. Serena will also be doing a live Innerdance sound healing journey. For those who haven’t experienced this before, it mimics the REM waves taking you to a deep space of healing and remembrance. 😌
