Yoga Center News December 2024 -

Starting in January, 2025, and continuing the entire year, I am changing the name of my Sunday, 4pm Yoga Class to “Local Yoga”. The class will still be the same level, Basics/Level 1, and same cost but with a twist.

The Yoga Center loves special classes! We had amazing yoga session with these wonderful people at The connection this beautiful morning. We practiced yoga poolside surrounded by hydrangeas.
