As many already know, I am currently expecting my second child - a babygirl to be precise🤍 🩰 As I am overfilled with joy throughout this journey once more, you will catch me behind the scenes more often. You may see my availability from time to time, but I will be taking a step back as we transition into Seluh, and now a momma of two.

I personally want to thank my team and our community for relentlessly supporting. For letting me be me, within this field. & simply accepting every authentic era, while enjoying the ride! I am so excited to share my vision and all new services.

From our Founder 💌

When I first started this journey six years ago, Her Wellness Studio was a reflection of me—my passion, my purpose, and my hope to create a warm and welcoming space where healing could happen. It was small, personal, and deeply connected to my own story.

But something beautiful happened along the way.

What began as her—as me—grew into us.

What was once a solo dream has grown into a thriving collective. I’ve had the honor of watching our professionals grow not only in their craft but in their confidence, their families, and their purpose. I’ve watched our clients evolve too—not just in wellness, but through life. We’ve shared milestones, celebrated new beginnings, and held space during hard seasons. In so many ways, we’ve grown up together.

This space became a soft space for many. It became a source of comfort, joy, and healing. It became a community.

So today, I’m humbled and excited to share that Her Wellness Studio is evolving into Seluh Club.

The name Seluh (pronounced “Seh-luh”) is inspired by Selah, a sacred word from the Bible meaning to pause, to reflect, to rest. That’s exactly what our space has always been. An interlude in the chaos of life. A breath. A reset. A moment to simply be.

We are no longer just a studio. We are now a club—a gathering place, a wellness home, where everyone is welcome. Where we nurture not only the body, but the energy. This rebrand reflects the evolution of our services, our vision, and our values. It’s simpler in name, but deeper in meaning.

Still, the emotional attachment to our roots runs deep. Her will always be part of our DNA—in the warmth of our space, in our intentional aesthetic, in the way we care. But now, we carry her essence forward under a name that reflects who we truly are and who we are becoming.

Seluh is the next chapter of a story we’ve been writing together.

It’s a celebration of how far we’ve come and a beautiful beginning for what’s ahead.

Thank you for believing in this space. Thank you for growing with us.

Please expect the same essence, aesthetic and core values as we intentionally transition to Seluh.
