Did you know that if you have taken Pilates with us that you can come to OPEN Pilates? Tuesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 12-3 you can reserve a reformer online for only $5. Go to our website to sign up. This means you do your own workout without a formal instructor. We do have 1 Pilates Reformer video on our youtube channel. Just try not to laugh too hard 😉

We have made some changes to the schedule for Feb. Please make a note of the new date for couples stretch. Also sign up soon if you are interested in any of the classes because space is limited. There is space for 6 couples in the couples stretch class and 5 people in aerial yoga!

👷Carroll Cropper Bridge Repair Update👷

It's Christmas Eve Eve and we're wanting to provide you with an early gift! All westbound lanes are going to reopen on the Carroll Cropper Bridge just after midnight on Wednesday, Dec. 24.

In order for that to happen -- we'll have a few 15 minute rolling roadblocks beginning at 7 p.m. tonight. This will allow our crews a safe area to perform striping on the westbound lanes prior to reopening.

Once the equipment is moved and the striping is complete... the bridge repair project will be completed. An eastbound single lane closure will remain in place as crews continue working on a separate zone painting project.

Officials provided an update to the Carroll Cropper Bridge construction project, including lane restriction changes and updated plans.

On Dec. 31, the lane closure on the bridge's westbound side will come to an end, while the eastbound lane closure will continue until March 31, 2026, officials said.

We also spoke to one local business owner, who told us bridge repairs have impacted foot traffic in the area.
