If you haven't been around in a while we have been busy renovating some space so Rengert Health Center could expand their services. One of the things we are super excited about is the NEW FireLight Red LIght & Infrared Sauna. We will start taking appointments in May. $45 for a session which involves 10 minutes on the vibration plate and 20 minutes in the sauna. You will be able to schedule online soon.
