Reiki isn’t just about learning the principles and that’s what you get in other classes.

This one is a deepening of your self connection. It’s honoring your own practice, guiding you through any resistance, and becoming the version of you that you put on your vision board.

Internally you’ll begin to feel more grounded, more peaceful and more connected. It starts with you first.

Then you’ll begin to see the changes ripple out into the world around you.

Your friends and family.
Random people you meet in public.

But remember… how you desire to show up in the world begins with an internal shift.

One that reiki can assist you in… aligning your energy to become that version of you.

The one who feels confident.
The one who smiles at strangers because she’s having an amazing day despite what life is giving her.
The one who knows she is in full control of her life and her energy determines the outcome.

I was reflecting this morning on how I had gotten to a place of being unrecognizable. Totally out of alignment with what I wanted. I was not the person I knew I could be, because I had let fear and doubt get in the way. Settling in life instead of going bigger for what I want I truly desired.

I began to tune back in to my own alignment practices (including practicing reiki) and it led me to closing the studio. Moving. Shifting my work into something even more impactful.

I began to see the vision again of what I truly wanted my life to be like rather than going through the motions and living on autopilot.

If you’re feeling the pull, don’t resist it. It’s showing up for a reason, and I promise you from my own experiences… it’s going to keep showing up until you say yes let’s go.
