68 hours of in person training for Full Body Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Breast Care using Lymphatic Drainage.

Having a passion for learning, I couldn't have picked a better school than Cumberland Institute.

Lymphatic Drainage is such an important modality in maintaining overall health and well-being and I'm so grateful that I can now confidently offer it and know that I'm providing the best care I can.

Out of desperation for some congestion relief, I used what I had on hand and attempted to make a chest rub.

It turned out less of an ointment and more of a body lotion. Helped but not quite what I wanted.

So, feeling better today, I got back to crafting and refined the recipe.
It is now more of the consistency I was hoping for and available at The Hidden Garden.
Only small jars available for now. $5 each

And since I inadvertently made a pretty awesome hand and body lotion, I will have that available as soon as I can refine the recipe for that ☺️

Grateful for rest 💕
Just as I appreciate all of you rescheduling when you don't feel quite right, know that I will do the same for you.
Woke up this morning feeling a little blah with a sinus headache. Did a COVID / Flu test and it was negative. Messaged all of my clients anyway to let them know that I might be coming down with something. They decided to reschedule and it's a good thing we did.
Within a couple of hrs, my congestion increased to where I've been needing to blowy nose every few minutes and I keep sneezing. 🤧
I've updated my clients for tomorrow so they know we may need to reschedule also.
🙏🏼 So grateful for everyone's understanding.
I am deploying all of my herbal remedies and essential oils and will hopefully be better soon.
As always, I will do my best to keep all of you healthy and I am thankful that you all do the same.
