Hi, yoga friends! Here is the schedule for this week! Some items of note:
🌸 No Chair Yoga this Monday.
🌸 Brandy will be teaching a Restorative Yoga class this Monday at 7 p.m. Come join her for sustained postures, meditation, and deep relaxation.
🌸 Notice that Thursday evening’s class is shifting to 6:45 p.m. — just for this week!
🌸 Tight hips? Join Sarah Jane in a pop-up class Friday afternoon at 4 p.m. for a class focused on releasing tension in and around the hips.
🌸 This Saturday, Tonya is back for Family Yoga! Family Yoga is great for kids aged three years and up and their grown-ups! This class is donation-based, meaning you pay what you can.
