Our program believes that people are created physically and spiritually by God. Therefore, treatment needs a holistic approach to address each aspect. Secular programs often focus on the body and treat substance abuse issues only at a surface level. The problem is that addiction has deep roots, and clinical programs can miss the deeper issues of the heart. At 8Oaks, our pastoral staff walks side-by-side to help individuals find out what drove them to addiction and point them to Christ. While addictions often begin with spiritual root causes, they evolve into physical dependencies that need attention. That's why at 8 Oaks, we have a team of licensed medical professionals to help support individuals in recovery. Freedom from addiction is not found by rising up but rather by growing down. So last week The 8Oaks staff are sitting in the office and I say” I would love to start having the office decorated to match the season! Well guess what! I come to the office this afternoon and it is completely decorated in fall decorations! Thank you sooo much Gail Clark! It looks amazing!

Yesterday 8Oaks got the privilege to go to Savannah TN and meet the Forakis family! This family owns Adult and Teen Challenge. They offer a year long Christian based rehab and it’s an amazing program for anyone suffering from addiction and needing help.
