Wednesday classes go from June-August and start at 10am.

Saturday classes are June-September and start at 9am.

Mark your calendars because summer is coming!!! Morning Pilates Reformer training this summer on Mondays at 7am and 8am. Learn how to use the reformer and in the fall we will have open Pilates Reformer times where you can come in and use the reformer on your schedule! Saturday June 10th learn about all things wellness at our Health Affair! Gut health talks, exogenous ketone information, essential oil info, learn about quantum neurology, and clinical nutrition. Music on the river is just around the corner! Tonight will be the last night for aerial yoga and regular yoga on Thursday nights!! Thursday nights are full of fun and music in the summer. We will as always be there making smoothies, smoothie bowls, and refreshers. So come on down for 1 last Thursday night yoga time. Once June comes around we will offer an aerial yoga class on Monday afternoons from 12:15-1pm. And of course yoga in the park starts up in June as well at 9am! Getting excited for summer time! (I do realize.that next Thursday is still May BUT it's also mu oldest daughter's 18th birthday! So that's why this is our last Thursday night class until Fall)
