Important Update for Patients of Incompass Healthcare's Vevay Primary Care office:

Primary care services at our Vevay location will be discontinued effective June 20, 2026. Additionally, our Mobile Clinic ceased operations in April 2026.

We are grateful for the trust you have placed in our team and for allowing us to be part of your healthcare journey. It has been our privilege to serve you and the Switzerland County community. Patients have been notified via letter and provided with information about other primary care providers in the area to support a smooth transition of care.

If you need a copy of the letter that was sent out or a list of other primary care providers in the area that are accepting new clients, please contact our Front Desk team at 812-427-2737. They can also provide further information regarding medication refills and medical records requests.
