1️⃣ Mobile Clinic Driver – Part-Time
Drive our new clinic to local communities & events, keep it stocked, and ensure it’s ready for the next trip.
✅ Valid driver’s license & good driving record
✅ High school diploma
✅ Reliable

2️⃣ Integrated Care Facilitator – Full-Time
Support patients in their treatment journey through direct services, case management, and connecting them with needed resources.
✅ Associate degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field (or relevant experience)
✅ 1+ year in a mental health setting preferred
✅ Passion for collaboration & advocacy
