We’re having phone trouble!
As most of you seeing this already know, Bliss uses a cell phone for our business number to give you the ease of calling or texting about your appointments.
Today, we are part of a national phone outage being reported by Verizon users. It looks like we can message with other iPhone users while we’re on WiFi, but are unable to call or text any Android numbers until Verizon resolves this issue.
Thankfully we’re out of the office Mondays, so while I try to keep up with any incoming messages, most people won’t expect a reply until tomorrow anyway. That being said, if you need to be in touch please send an email (to be safe) for the time being and I’ll reply as soon as I’m able. Thank you so much, and sorry for the inconvenience!
