I’m a few days late in getting this post up, but I had to take a minute to brag about an awesome small and local company!
I (Amanda, the owner of Bliss) live about 20min away from our shop in a very rural home. When we get significant snow I usually end up stuck at home until my husband can plow our driveway or until enough melts for me to work my way out. By then, Lawrenceburg life has carried on so I’m met with a snowy sidewalk, stamped down by lots of footprints as people are going about their every day lives (you can see a trail of these further down the sidewalk in my photo). These prints are hard to chisel up and get dangerously icy at times.
Last week, I called Adam Armbruster (and yes, he’s part of the large Armbruster family) to ask if he was out doing snow removal and taking on new customers. He’s a man of few words, but his actions speak volumes! Within an hour he and his dad had cleared our sidewalk off for me, making it the nicest it’s been in the near decade I’ve been there - as you can see from the photo I took the day after it snowed.
Don’t make the mistake I did by waiting until the next storm hits to get on their customer list - calling them was the best decision I’ve made to help me not only have peace of mind, but also to keep our small town a little bit cleaner and safer. They do construction work too if you’re looking for someone to help with your building needs!
