For ten beautiful years, you walked beside me with the kind of loyalty and devotion that can only come from a soul sent to love deeply. You were comfort, joy, protection, companionship, and unconditional love all wrapped into one precious life. You were there in the quiet moments, the hard moments, the healing moments, and the happy ones. In so many ways, you saved me more times than I will ever be able to explain.

This past year, I think part of my heart had already begun the slow and sacred process of saying goodbye. I knew you were tired. I knew your body was changing. And even then, through it all, you kept loving me the same way you always had—with softness, faithfulness, and a heart so pure it still takes my breath away.

On your 10th birthday, I celebrated you. And on Sunday evening, I let you go with love.💔

Whiskey City’s Liberty Theater
The 133-year-old Liberty Theater has been revived as a versatile showcasing venue dedicated to artist development. Liberty's two storefronts have been reimagined as the Stage Left Whiskey Bar celebrating Lawrenceburg's position as the largest exporter of distilled sour mash in the country, and the Stage Right Kitchen serving up peppery, southeastern Indiana-style fried chicken and delicious smash burgers.

The Liberty has become a community gathering place for family events, weddings, business meetings, Sunday Brunch, a drink after work or a lunch during the work day.
