Creative Options, LLC Creative Options provides community supports, day training, and respite services through the Supports

Day Training- Provides training, in a place other than home, focused on such topics as career development, health and wellness, community integration, and supported retirement. Community Supports- Provides one-on-one training/assistance for individuals within their community. This service is available to a participant living in his/her family’s home. Respite- Provides rest or relief for those persons normally caring for an individual.
