November is National Home Care & Hospice Month, and today we are proud to recognize someone who truly embodies what compassionate care looks like at Interim.

Congratulations to Amanda Sims, our 2025 Interim HealthCare Aide of the Year.

Amanda consistently goes above and beyond for her patients. She treats every family with dignity, kindness, and respect. She advocates when something doesn’t seem right, asks questions to ensure safety, and shows deep compassion in every interaction.

What an incredible day for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Columbus! 💜

Our Interim HealthCare team — along with several family members and leadership from across the company — showed up to walk, remember, and support those impacted by Alzheimer’s.

It was a day full of hope, connection, and purpose, and thanks to everyone’s generosity, we raised $7,242.32 to help fund research, advocacy, and care for families.

We walk for those we love, for those we’ve lost, and for a future without Alzheimer’s.
