To celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month, our team participated in Spirit Week the week of May 12! Each day highlighted a different message of support and awareness:

Monday: Pajama Day – reminding us that simply getting up is a win.
Tuesday: Twin Day – showing no one is alone.
Wednesday: White Out – wearing white to “white out” negative thoughts.
Thursday: Dressed in colors that reflected how we felt or brought us joy.
Friday: Everyone wore green in support of mental health awareness.

A big thank you to everyone who joined in and helped foster open conversations and connection!
