This helps me associate names with faces, particularly for clients I see less frequently. For those I have been seeing for years, it serves as a helpful reminder. Alternatively, you can access your profile through the client edition on Pocket Suites and upload your picture yourself.

I am so grateful for each of you and the pleasure to take care of you all on a regular basis! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I have come to love each of you and your families through the journey!
I often have questions on how to become a regular client if the availability isn’t there month to month. It’s imperative you book a few appointments out ahead of the schedule to stay on a consistent monthly rotation. Booking randomly or last minute keeps you out of the loop. Access the booking link on the landing page here when you need or download the client app.
Also, If you have gift cards on board please think ahead and schedule ahead of the expiration date. It is very hard to get last minute appointments in but it is much easier when you plan ahead. I only have limited availability. Bottom line: don’t wait until the last minute!

Warning ‼️ Incoming Rant:

There is NOTHING more disrespectful to me, and my time than to, book an appointment and no show me! Nothing!

I work effortlessly, to make sure I am always here and available, “early”, and ready to begin each session on time, as scheduled, so everyone’s time is respected.

To use my time and resources, with no showing me, is a slap in the face! I will no longer allow “no showed appointments “ to rebook here for services! If a card is on file, it will be charged.

That’s just how the ball is going to bounce!

Not only, am I disrespected but my regular clients lose out on the ability to book that time!

Thank you to all my clients who show up without fail, your support and commitment are greatly appreciated ❤️
