Some of the most common things I hear as solutions are...
❌ “I got a new mattress”
❌ “I was getting quick adjustments at the chiropractor”
❌ “I do a bunch of stretches from YouTube and use a Theragun everyday”
❌ “My medical doctor told me to rest”
❌ “I took over the counter and prescription medication”

♾ Consistency - gradual, sustained lifestyle changes
