Hey Ivy Elite Family,
This Friday, we’re hosting a fundraiser right here at the center! As a nonprofit, we often subsidize the cost of many of our services to support those in need.
This year, we're aiming to sponsor three individuals for summer camp who currently don’t have waivers and for whom private pay is not an option.

we had a very disappointing experience at the Insomnia Cookies location on Spring Street in Atlanta. As part of a group of 10 or more individuals, we made sure to inform the staff in advance that we might take a bit longer to place our orders due to the size of our group. However, the staff member we interacted with was rude, impatient, and showed no interest in being helpful. Despite the fact that there were no other customers in the store, she lacked the energy and courtesy to answer a few simple questions. This completely ruined the experience for our group.

Customer service is key, and it’s clear that this location needs significant improvement. I strongly encourage Insomnia Cookies corporate to better train their staff, as they are the face of the brand. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Tomorrow is the day! Give the gift of respite and social interaction to a Special Needs Individual. Your donations today will ensure families have safe and quality supportive care during moments of pressure and caregiver burnout or simply just the need for self care. Additionally, your gift will provide families with unforgettable events, such as: Prom, Day-Trips, resources for food,clothing and utility assistance , or scholarships to attend our day program or uncovered transportation to medical appointments or social interaction activities.This is one day where the community focuses on the support of smaller non-profits. While Ivy Elite Foundation is a small nonprofit organization we continue to impact our communities in a way that provides lasting and meaningful support to those who need it!
