You can feel fine and still have heart risk factors.

High blood pressure. Cholesterol changes. Family history.

Heart disease often develops quietly — without warning signs.
That’s why routine heart check ups matter, even when nothing feels wrong.

Screenings. Monitoring. Lifestyle guidance.
Small steps now can prevent major issues later.
Prevention isn’t passive — it’s powerful.
And it’s one of the strongest tools we have.

Today’s a good day to show your heart some love. ❤️
That might mean:
• Scheduling the appointment you’ve been avoiding
• Taking a walk instead of skipping it
• Asking questions about your risk
• Or encouraging someone you love to get checked
Love isn’t just flowers and cards.
Sometimes, it’s prevention.
