There is a lot to unpack here, Too much to write about in this post. But I will say just for the record: Women having muscles is not manly, it’s a powerful message of dedication and a commitment to excellence.

It’s a badge of honor to me, because I know from experience training women for 10+ years that it is incredibly difficult. You have to be steadfast and disciplined.
