The Temple curtain- the very thing which barred access to God, is torn from top to bottom. Signifying that direct access to God is now here. (Matt. 27:51)

A massive earthquake is felt throughout the land- splitting rocks. (Matt. 27:51-53)

The Centurion proclaims, “Surely this man was the Son of God!” (Mark 15:39)

Jesus utters His final words: “It is finished.” (John 19:30)

Fast forward nearly 2,000 years, we as Christians remember this Holy day and the salvation that was accomplished for us on the cross.

The perfect, spotless Lamb of God bearing the punishment of our sin in our place.

Now, we wait— because Sunday is coming 🙌☀️
