We rolled out our mats at Tucker Brewing Company for the very first time and it left us inspired!
Jen led a feel-good flow, we met some awesome new yogis, and the good vibes were flowing. After savasana, we traded poses for pints as we relaxed and connected in the taproom.
Here’s to new beginnings, new friends, and yoga that ends with a delicious lunch. Cheers, yogis! 🍻🧘

The first Thursday yoga class at Tucker Recreation Center was a hit! With Jen guiding the practice, we stretched, strengthened, and reset together to end the day on a high note. Come see why this class is quickly becoming a new favorite—your mat is waiting.

New space, new class, same strong community 💙
We had an amazing time kicking off Pilates at Tucker Rec Center. With students of all levels and Victoria’s guidance, we moved, strengthened, and had a lot of fun along the way. More classes are coming—grab a mat and meet us there!

A quick update on our new classes at the Tucker Recreation Center: due to limitations in their scheduling system, drop-in classes will be booked day-of at the front desk when you check in (credit card only). Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow enough time.

Thank you so much for your patience as we work through these technical kinks. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any trouble you may have experienced with registration. We can’t wait to see you in class! 🧘‍♀️

Starting January 11, Tucker Brewing will be our Sunday home for Yoga Flow—the perfect place to move, breathe, and reset for the week ahead. And yes, your favorite post-class perk stays the same: enjoy one complimentary beverage at the bar after class!
