We’re excited to announce a new way to recharge and restore at Be Tru Studios. Beginning this month, we’ll be offering Restorative Yoga once a month — a deeply calming practice designed to release tension, quiet the mind, and bring balance to your body.
Using props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, each pose is fully supported and held for several minutes, allowing you to rest deeply and activate the body’s natural healing response.
Perfect for all levels, this class is especially beneficial for reducing stress, improving sleep, and finding calm amidst a busy schedule.
