Each day brings new wonders and lessons that remind me of the richness of life’s journey. Yet amidst the movement and marvel, I observe stillness — taking time to center, to breathe, and to reconnect with the sacred rhythm within. My path here is almost complete — home awaits.

We want to send a huge thank you to our amazing partners at Cultivation Brewery for hosting our Tuesday Pilates classes.
Thanks to all who came out in the rainy weather foour last class 💜

Starting next week, Cultivation will be closed on Tuesdays, so we’re actively looking for a new location for our Tuesday Pilates sessions.

Don’t worry — we’ll still be flowing at Cultivation every Saturday at 11:30 AM for yoga! 🧘‍♀️

Stay tuned for updates on our new Tuesday spot — we can’t wait to keep moving with you!

Starting in November, Cultivation Brewery will be changing their hours. That means this Tuesday will be our last Pilates class here — and we’re going out in style!

Yesterday we celebrated not just the completion of a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training program, but the beginning of a lifelong journey. Each of you came to this training with a unique story, and over these months, you’ve grown in wisdom, confidence, and compassion.

You’ve learned that yoga isn’t just about postures — it’s about presence, awareness, and connection. It has been such a joy to witness each of you on this journey, and I’m so excited to continue watching you grow and shine.
