La Ultima Dieta

Con la Ultima dieta las personas pierden peso de una manera rapida y saludable. No se pasa hambre y la ansiedad se va desapareciendo porque los pacientes reciben proteinas de alto valor las cuales ayudan a prevenir ansiedad. Las mujeres pierden de 10-15 libras por mes, los hombres pierden de 15-25 libras por mes y los niños pierden de 10-12 libras por mes. Al terminar con el programa, comienza el mantenimiento, cada mes por un año los pacientes se vienen a chequiar para verificar que estan siguiendo la nueva manera de alimentacion y estan haciendo ejercicios para mantener sus resultados.
