What's Happening February 22, 2021
I thought I liked the snow.........
I hope that everyone has been able to stay safe, Covid-free, and still enjoy and appreciate at least one moment each day.
I am glad to say that I will be vaccinated fully by March 22, 2021. I will still maintain Covid safety measures by wearing a mask, along with sanitizing protocols followed in the last several months.

I love the snow, but I'm over it for this season! I'm sure everyone will agree that, whether you were shoveling, snowblowing, or just taking it off of your vehicles, our bodies are being put through it. Time to schedule a session!
It's hard to beat the glorious feeling that you experience when getting off the table after a deeply relaxing massage. The mind is free, the body is limber, and the spirit is at peace.

Hydration Recipe
Keeping hydrated is an important part of staying healthy. Water promotes cardiovascular health, keeps your body cool, helps muscles and joints work better and keeps skin supple. This time of year we may 'forget' because it's cooler temps. All the more reason to hydrate; the indoors is dry and it makes our bodies dry also.
Here is this week's hydration recipe:
Kiwi Water
Ingredients:
3-4 ripe kiwis, peeled and thinly sliced (or crushed for more flavor)
Water
Instructions:
Combine water and kiwis in a pitcher. Stir gently, cover, and refrigerate until flavors combine, at least 1 hour.
Soft Tissue Injuries
Massage can speed up soft tissue injuries by increasing circulation to the injured area. Pain relief occurs because the increased circulation that massage provides will decrease swelling and inflammation of your soft tissue injury.
If you or someone you know is struggling with a soft tissue injury, know that massage can help.

A new Add-On, that can also be done socially distanced!
Foot Scrubs
now available with a Massage Therapy or Reflexology Session
A foot scrub is used to soften the feet, allowing a moisturizer to pe*****te deeper, and enhances the experience of Massage.
It is essentially a foot massage using a sugar or pumice scrub to soften and exfoliate the skin of the feet, followed by the use of hot towels and finished with the application of a moisturizer.*
Schedule your experience today ~
*Foot scrubs, just like foot massage, are not a form of reflexology.
Stay safe Everyone - See you soon!
