Tight hip flexors from sitting all day tilt your pelvis forward — making your stomach look bigger than it really is.

Here’s how to fix it 👇

🔹 Half-kneeling hip flexor stretch — 3×30 sec per side
🔹 Planks — 3 sets × 30-60 sec (brace your core, squeeze your glutes)
🔹 Walk every 30-60 min to stay mobile

Fix your posture → flatten your belly → move like the man you’re meant to be being fully functional. Hips are important!

🥤 Thankful Protein Shake Recipe

1 scoop vanilla protein
