Wait 10 minutes before going for seconds to see if you're actually hungry.
👨👩👧👦 Enjoy Your Loved Ones Slow down. Laugh. Share stories. Put the phone down.
This season is about connection, gratitude, and real moments—not perfection.
🚗 Safe Travels Whether you’re flying, driving, or staying local, hydrate well, stretch your legs, and breathe deep. Your body will thank you when the holiday rush kicks in.
💛 Remember the Reason for the Season Gratitude, kindness, rest, nourishment, and presence.

🥤 Thankful Protein Shake Recipe
A simple way to refuel after a long day of cooking, traveling, or socializing:
🍁 “Autumn Glow” Protein Shake
1 scoop vanilla protein
½ cup frozen peaches
½ banana
1 tbsp almond butter
½ tsp cinnamon
1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
Optional: a drizzle of honey
