Stir the Pot 🌀
This anti-extension, anti-rotation core exercise challenges your abs, obliques, shoulders, and scapular stability all at once.

Start in a forearm plank with your elbows on a Swiss ball. Brace your core, squeeze your glutes, and keep your ribs down. Slowly move your elbows in small, controlled circles while keeping your hips as still as possible.

💡 Focus on control over speed—the smaller and smoother the circles, the more your core has to work.

A great progression from standard planks to build core stability, shoulder control, and total-body tension.
