For those who are new to our services, we want to clarify that we are not
chiropractors or massage therapists. At Knotworx, we specialize in Body Tempering, a technique rooted in IASTM
- Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue
Mobilization.

Hey everyone! I'm Derek with Knotworx.
If you're new here, just wanted to clear something up — we're not chiropractors or massage therapists. What we do is called Body Tempering.
It's a technique that uses weighted rollers and tools to work on your muscles and soft tissue - kind of like a deep, targeted "roll out."
Body Tempering is an IASTM technique (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization), and it's great for anyone - not just athletes!
