What a beautiful day at Parker Place! ☀️💚

We took full advantage of the warm weather with a trip to the park for a refreshing walk, where we enjoyed seeing the ducks and soaking up the sunshine. After our walk we took a lunch break outdoors, and I had the pleasure of reading two hilarious books we checked out from our favorite place— the Lawton Public Library! For support group today📚

The residents loved spending time on the playground, laughing together, and enjoying the fresh air. We wrapped up the day singing along to some of our favorite songs on the ride home. 🎶

Days like this remind us how special it is to get outside, enjoy the simple things, and make sweet memories together. We are so thankful for this warm weather and the joy it brings! 💛🌿

Scavenger Hunt Fun

Yesterday was filled with teamwork, laughter, and lots of excitement as our residents participated in a scavenger hunt! 🕵️‍♂️🔍

They worked together to solve clues, encourage one another, and race their way to the final prize — and let me tell you, they absolutely crushed it! 👏💙 The smiles, teamwork, and determination made it such a special activity to watch.

We love seeing our residents build friendships, problem-solve together, and most of all… have FUN! 🎉

We started our day with some special “girl time” — getting hair styled, makeup done, and feeling absolutely beautiful! 💄✨ A huge thank you to everyone who volunteered their time and talents to help our residents get ready. Your kindness made them feel so confident and loved!

We ended the evening with one VERY memorable time at Night to Shine in Marlow 💙💚 It was truly beautiful, so much fun, and absolutely incredible from beginning to end. Seeing the joy, smiles, and excitement on our residents’ faces made it all worthwhile. It was a night they will never forget — and neither will we!

We are beyond grateful to everyone who donated dresses and clothing, helped prepare, volunteered, or supported this event in any way. It truly takes a village, and we are so thankful for ours.

A very special thank you to Edna and Joe Jackson for helping transport our residents — we could not have made this night happen without you!

Our residents had the time of their lives, and we are already looking forward to making Night to Shine a yearly tradition. 💙✨

Today our residents had a wonderful time getting creative by making Fruit Loop necklaces with Becky! This fun, hands-on activity encouraged creativity, fine motor skills, and lots of smiles and laughter along the way. The residents truly enjoyed expressing themselves and showing off their colorful creations. Our residents tapped into their inner creativity and had an amazing time making all kinds of awesome creations with playdough 🎨✨ So many smiles, laughs, and proud moments showing off their masterpieces! It was such a fun and relaxing activity for everyone 💕
