You don’t have to be a mental health professional to make a difference. Think of MHFA as the CPR of mental health — ideal for anyone who wants to know how to notice, listen, and respond when someone may be struggling.

Join us for a Free Mental Health First Aid One Day Training and learn how to recognize, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges.

Not sure what to do this weekend? The Oklahoma City Zoo is offering free admission for military families with valid ID from November 1st through the 14th.

It's a Military Appreciation Celebration! 🦅🎉

The Oklahoma City Zoo is honoring military members with free admission and special discounts from November 1-14, 2025. During this event, by presenting valid military ID, all active duty, retired, and veteran members of the military, National Guard, and Reserves will receive:
✅Free general admission for themselves
🎟️Discounted $10 general admission for up to 4 immediate family members
⭐Even MORE special discounts while in the park!
