Lawton Community Health Center is a comprehensive, family-focused community health center that offers pediatric care to the Southwest Oklahoma area. LCHC accepts Medicaid, Medicare, Tricare and private insurances, and uninsured patients. For those without insurance, care is provided on a sliding fee schedule which is based on the number of individuals living in the household and the total household income along a sliding-fee scale based on family income. Services include:
