As the end of the school year approaches, I'd like to kindly remind you to make sure your kiddos are booked for their well child visits with immunizations that are needed for the 2026-2027 School Year and sport physicals. Summer time tends to be very busy and we book up quickly.

If you are needing a copy of your child's shot record, please call our office. We do not email those out, you'll have to swing by to pickup.
