Due to the snow and ice today, both here in Lawton and the surrounding area where patients and employees travel from, we will be closing the office in an abundance of caution.

Y’all, we are struggling to keep up with our customers because we are struggling to find great, friendly, reliable help!

We are hiring…..but we also may not be hiring.

We want customer service to be #1 priority. We want good food served to good people. We want conversation at the order window, and then more conversation at the pickup window. We want a clean, stocked, organized shop. We want dedicated, responsible workers who value their work and do their best. We want team players, ready to help each other.

We have decided that if we can’t find a few wonderful team members that agree with our vision for Lu Lu’s, we’ll transition to a slower-paced coffee shop with just a couple of us working. We may have to shorten our working hours, probably opening about 830ish after our kids get off to school. We know that if we change business hours, have longer wait times ….we will lose some of you 😭.

Pray that we find some great people that want a great job doing some great things….or pray that we make the right decision for us and for y’all.
