Dr. Powell completed medical school at the Medical College of Wisconsin and did his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) at the University of Pittsburgh and the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.

He is double board certified in PM&R and Pain Management. He joins us after 26 years of practice in Plano and Frisco, Texas. He specializes in interventional pain management and electrodiagnostic testing, treating a wide variety of conditions.

While in the Dallas area, he was a D-Magazine Top Doctor in Dallas and Collin Counties for over 10 years straight!

In his free time, Dr Powell enjoys being on the water with his wife and kids, boating, wakeboarding, and fishing. He is excited to be relocating to Southwest Oklahoma and looks forward to caring for the community.
