It would seem after some upgrades to our checkout and booking systems, there has been some confusion for our valued clients. This post will be used for clarification purposes, and will be referenced in person to resolve client confusion, if necessary.
Firstly, we understand that couples services are a staple service we offer. However, these services CANNOT be booked online by you, the client. This is because we only have 2 therapists on staff and all couples services must be communicated to both therapists prior to booking. Therefore, couples services must be booked over the phone, or over direct message / email. All of our contact information is on this page.
Second, we added a “no show” and “cancellation” fee to our booking system. On several occasions, potential clients would reserve a spot on the books, and wait until the last second or the day of to cancel their appointment. On rare occasions, the same potential clients would repeatedly abuse this, and continuously cancel and re-book theirselves. To stop this, clients must now input their card information to reserve an appointment, and if the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours from the appointment, a fee of $20 is charged. The same fee is applied when a potential client “no shows” their appointment.
Third, reserving an appointment via our website and putting your card on file does NOT MEAN YOU PAID FOR THE APPOINTMENT OR LEFT A TIP. We do NOT allow clients to prepay their appointments or leave tips via the booking website. When you book yourself via the website, you are putting your card information on our records for the cancellation and no show fees.
