Our Story

Licensed professional Massage and Wellness center focused on introducing others to concepts of wellness and self care including but not limited to: Massage Modalites: Swedish, Hot Stone, Prenatal, Myofascial Techniques, PNF Techniques, Deep Tissue, Sports, Reiki, Reflexology, and, etc...depending upon the Tier therapist of your choosing and their individual self paced knowledge base.

In addition to massage, Skin Care Treatments provided are: Body Wraps/ Facials/ and Exfoliation Treatments for Hydration, Anti-Aging, and Detoxification are provided. These services require at least 24 hour notice to schedule, and some products may require clients to perform allergy test for compatibility.

Express services are available to include: Neck, Back, and Shoulder Massage, Migraine Treatments, Face Massage, Express Facials (Cleansing, Toner, Moisturizing Treatment), Hand/Foot Detail Treat (Hands/ Feet Wrapped with Hot Towels followed with 15 minute hydrating massages to each area. Prices vary some services require advance scheduling.

Breathing Sessions: Take a Moment to Replenish You. Enjoy a breath with your therapist in a guided breathing session. Oxygen feeds both your brain and body and reduced oxygen levels can lead to carbon monoxide build up in the body; affecting the proper functioning of multiple systems of the body.

Yoga/P.T.F.G’s( Yoga/Positions that Feel Good): Is an opportunity to tune in to You by tapping into the Power of the University and the Awareness of Self (Physical Aspect) that we must experience along our Journeys to Acceptance of our Whole-Self. Therapist will work with you in teaching you to trust both Yourself and the Universe as you Journey along this plane.

Replenish Sessions: It’s impossible to Replenish the World from a Dry Well, so the importance of Self Care and Wellness between your Body, Mind, and Spirit has to become Your personal responsibility -Daily. It is up to you to begin to learn the value of new Crisis Management Techniques (Coping Skills} to You and the lives of those around You. Your life will not be perfect, but these tools will help encourage Us to be Brave enough to Journey through our Pain in order to Not Carry Bad Moments into our forever. Having a therapist to support you during this Journey Of Self to Wellness serves as a reminder that we are all along different parts of our journeys; but no matter where we find ourselves- We Are Not Alone. Clients may chose from multiple services to experience for 1 month of focused targeted Self Care.

Services include: Massage, Reflexology, Face Massage, Hand/Foot Detail Treat, Breathing Sessions, Yoga/Positions, Body Wrap. Client may pick one treatment a week for either Full or Express Services. Sessions are: Non-refundable(Transferable during Same Month Purchased) total prepacked price must be paid in advance. Prices Vary based on Tier of Therapist and whether treatments are full or express. Services do not Rollover, and Cannot be Combined with other offers.
