We apologize, but Bluepeak has been so incompetent. We’ve been down since Friday so we have no phones or ability to send claims, etc. They supposedly “fixed” it yesterday, but they were there all day and said “something still isn’t right”. We are down again today and Im on vacation with my family having to deal with this. My OM just called and said they can’t be out until Thursday. We run a business. I guess I’ll get back on the phone with them and they aren’t going to like me very well.
