Dragonfly Hot & Aerial Yoga Studio is the only one in it's kind in Lawton, Oklahoma. Come join our yoga family! Hope to see you around the studio! Namaste....

We offer many classes to choose from and all levels of practitioners are welcome. We are very excited to be here and to offer Hot Yoga and Aerial Yoga to the Lawton area and surrounding communities. We offer all levels of Yoga, from beginners to advance. In our new facility we have the ability to offer heated yoga, non-heated yoga and Aerial yoga. Our signature style is Power Yoga, were we build strength, endurance, and flexibility while keeping a calm, focused, and centered mind to get you through even the most difficult poses and flows with ease and inner calmness. But, if a vigorous Yoga session is not what you have in mind we do offer basic classes were we move at a slower pace, or if you are new to yoga we have our non heated beginners classes as well. We encourage our students to leave behind the worries of the day for that one hour class, and to focus only in the breathing and the practice, which in return will help relieve stress and anxiety. At the end of each class you will be happy you showed up at the mat.

Friday classes are our restore & renew classes, they are not heated & are all about giving your body a bit of an end of week boost☀️
