Weight Loss / Fat Loss Advice:

The Secret to Sustainable Weight Loss?

Honestly, there’s no real secret…
Here is my advice:

✅ Calorie Deficit & Portion Control
✅ Mindful Eating
✅ 3 workouts a week (using progressive overload) Lift Heavy
✅ 1 to 2 workouts a week should be cardio (30/45 min)
✅ Walk 1 - Mile Every Day
✅ Sleep 7+ hours
✅ Drink mostly water
✅ Cut back liquid calories
✅ Stay consistent

That’s it. No crazy diets, no complicated macros—just consistency and balance.

A little lesson I’ve learned:
Tracking macros didn’t work for my
pre-menopausal body—it actually made things more complicated and even made me put weight on. So, if you’re aging and trying to lose weight, just stick to the basics that work and have stood the test of time.
Eat less. Move More

That is what worked for me.
