Have you ever experienced a sound bath? 🎶 Now imagine that same calming energy — but while laying comfortably on a sound and vibration bed designed to help your body fully relax.

The sound and vibration bed uses soothing frequencies and gentle vibrations that travel through your body, helping calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and promote deep relaxation. Many clients say it feels like a full-body reset — melting stress, easing tension, and creating a peaceful meditative state without you having to “try” to relax.

✔️ Gentle vibrations that help you unwind
✔️ A moment to disconnect from the noise and reconnect with yourself

✨ I can also come to YOU!
If you own a yoga studio, gym, wellness space, or host group events and would like to offer a unique sound experience — I’m available for mobile sessions. Different sounds and frequencies can be used for chakra balancing or customized to fit your group’s needs.

💫 $25 per session (without massage). If you would like a massage included I use my bed with every massage I give!🤗

DEEP TISSUE DOESN’T HAVE TO HURT

One of the biggest misconceptions I hear is that a deep tissue massage has to be painful to be effective — and that’s simply not true.

Deep tissue work is about intentional pressure, slow technique, and listening to the body, not forcing muscles into pain. When done correctly, it should feel like a “good hurt” at most — relieving tension, improving movement, and helping your body reset without leaving you sore for days.

As a therapist, my goal is always therapeutic results while keeping your nervous system relaxed and your muscles responsive. Communication is key — you are always in control of the pressure.
