HI I’m Mindy I have been doing massage and body work for over 25 years and Birth work for over 20 years. My passion for working with pregnant moms, started at massage school in 1997 there I was introduced to the idea of natural childbirth and prenatal massage. When I got pregnant I took a Bradley Method class to prepare for my first baby and loved the class and birth so much I decided to become a teacher a few years later. In 2013, I returned to massage and became a prenatal massage specialist at Salt Lake Prenatal Massage. I have worked with hundreds of prenatal and postpartum clients. 2017 I became certified as a still birthday doula. I certified as a Birth Boot Camp postpartum doula in 2021 and am now a certified Birth Boot Camp Birth Doula, 2022! I have three amazing boys and one sweet girl. I enjoy working with my clients, whether it is easing aches and pains during a massage or getting the awe inspiring opportunity to be a part of a birth. I truly love my job and am thankful every day to get to do what I do.

3 fun facts about Mindy! Favorite date night activity is playing PC games with my hubby and a couple of other friends online. My favorite games are Borderlands 2, Bioshock 2, Halo 1 and Portal 2. I love music any kinds, being able to sing and/or dance to it, is what I look for. I’m a super nerd and love to go to FanX every year. I love the pop culture, art, artists, and celebrities.
