Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and a Transitional Rehabilitation are available on campus. Our Therapy Gym is state-of-the-art and staffed by a professional team dedicated to see our guests reach their wellness goals. Connected entirely via a central core, residents and staff enjoy easy access anywhere on campus in any weather and truly feel linked to all the opportunities that Fairfield has to offer.
