One year post-op. This is what fully healed looks like.

This patient had a mommy makeover consisting of a breast lift with approximately 200cc fat transfer to each breast, a full tummy tuck, and liposuction.

The fat transfer allowed us to restore natural volume to her breasts using her own body’s fat — no implants.

At one year out, the swelling is long gone and the results have fully settled. Worth every bit of the wait.

A full mommy makeover 😍

This patient had a breast augmentation with lift using 300cc high profile implants placed under the muscle, and a tummy tuck.

The decision to place implants above or below the muscle depends on many factors including personal preference, goals, and the starting point.

Paired with a lift and tummy tuck, the result is a complete restoration from top to bottom.

She first came to me 10 years ago for a breast augmentation. She just came back for a tummy tuck.

I love seeing long-term patients. It means the trust is still there — and so are the results.
Her implants have maintained beautiful shape and support after a full decade.

That doesn’t happen by accident. It comes down to precise pocket development and selecting the right implant for each individual patient.

I’m honored she let me share this! ♥️

This transformation goes deeper than the surface. ✨

This patient came to us with extreme diastasis recti and a hernia.

Diastasis recti is a separation of the abdominal muscles that can cause the belly to protrude no matter how hard you work out. Combined with a hernia, this patient was dealing with both a functional and aesthetic concern that was impacting her daily life.

We performed a tummy tuck with full diastasis and hernia repair - restoring the integrity of her abdominal wall and giving her the flat, strong core she deserved.

Reason #9 why I think patients should not get plastic surgery: you see a problem that nobody else can. 🚫

There is a condition called Body Dysmorphic Disorder. And it’s more common than people realize.

Surgery cannot fix what the eyes aren’t seeing accurately. This is something that needs to be worked through psychologically, not surgically. And I say that with full respect — because it’s hard to hear.

If you find yourself in this position, seek out an ethical surgeon. One who won’t take advantage of your vulnerability. One who will have the honest conversation with you, even when it’s uncomfortable.

That’s what this entire series has been about.

Reason #8 why I think patients should not get plastic surgery: you’re not a safe medical candidate. 🚫

Smoking. Blood clot risk. Heart disease. Lung conditions. Anesthesia complications. Bleeding disorders.

An ethical surgeon won’t just clear you because you want to be cleared. They’ll have the hard conversation with you. And if your health isn’t where it needs to be, the right answer is to wait.

One year later. And she is absolutely glowing. 🌸

This patient underwent abdominoplasty combined with liposuction of the abdomen, upper hips, upper back, and breasts.

What makes this result so special? Time. One full year of healing, settling, and revealing the true outcome of her procedure.

This is why I always tell patients — the best results aren’t immediate. Your body needs time to do its work. And when it does, the transformation speaks for itself.

Reason #7 why I think patients should not get plastic surgery: if you can’t afford it. 🚫

This one is simple. And I’ll say it plainly —don’t go into debt for plastic surgery. It’s not worth it.

The same rule that applies to anything else in life applies here: if you can’t afford it, don’t buy it. A vacation, a handbag — and yes, surgery.

Plastic surgery should feel like an investment, not a burden. Wait until you’re in a stable place. The results will mean so much more when they don’t come with a financial hangover.

Reason #6 why I think patients should not get plastic surgery: because someone else wants you to. 🚫

A spouse. A partner. A boyfriend or girlfriend.

If the voice pushing you toward surgery isn’t your own — that’s a problem.

I’ve seen patients sit across from me who, when I really dig into their why, admit that the person who wants this most isn’t them. And that is never a foundation I’m willing to build on.

Before you book a consult, look in the mirror and ask yourself one honest question: is this for me?

If the answer isn’t a clear yes — it’s not time.
