“Today my lungs feel great, no wheezing at all!” ✨🙌

I got to wake up to these texts after a session with a client who had been having to use her emergency inhaler frequently for several days leading up to her appointment with me.

I used the Silver’s Healing Method to energetically scrub out her lungs, open the bronchial tubes, and bring down the inflammation. 🔥🫁✨

Forward-rounded shoulders are something I see all the time in my healing practice— this can create tension and pain throughout the body, but especially the neck, shoulders, and back.

This client came in with that exact pattern. In the “before” photo, you can see how his shoulders naturally rolled forward, lifting slightly off the table and limiting how his arms could rest and extend. There’s visible tightness through the chest, shoulders, and upper back.😬

After working to open and release the shoulder blades, rotator cuffs, pecs, and lats, the shift is clear. ✨ In the “after,” his shoulders are able to drop back and lay flat against the table, and his arms extend outward in a much more relaxed, natural position.

Less tension. More openness. Better alignment.

A lot of people ask me what energy healing actually is, or they assume it's something abstract, woo-woo, or completely disconnected from the physical body.

With my modalities, we are able to create real change in the physical body, as well as the emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies. 🧠✨

Energy healing isn't about "forcing" the body to change.

It's about inviting and creating conditions where the body remembers how to re-order what's out of balance and return to health. 🌿

I wanted to share a really cool moment I had with energy healing. 😍

My sister had an asthma attack and ended up in the ER because her oxygen levels were so low. 😨

I drove to her house the next day as her lungs were still really struggling. In just a 10 minute healing session, we were able to watch her oxygen levels climb from 87% to 93% real-time on her pulse oximeter. Then it reached 95% several hours later. 🤯👏

This energy healing modality is extremely powerful and my passion for it is growing exponentially as we continue to see miracles happen with clients and our own family members. 😍❤️

Did you know that the energy healing modality I use can help with gaining a healthy posture? 👏

This client came to me for improved sports performance; he didn’t even realize his posture was so off- so this was just a fun bonus from our session😍! And of course, healthy posture creates healthy mobility, which helps with sports performance.

I cleared blocks in his neck, traps, spine, and nervous system- and this was the difference of him sitting up straight and relaxed.

In one 90 min session, we were able to:

⚡️improve his posture
⚡️increase mobility
⚡️decrease pain in hips
⚡️help heal his chronic toe pain

I had a new client, Kathy (age: 69), come to see me. She told me upon walking into my office that her lifeforce energy was gone. She has Type 2 Diabetes, her liver enzymes were failing, her glucose numbers were going up and up, her hearing was suffering, and her neuropathy in her legs was very severe.

There is a lot of power in tapping into the body's own healing system and supporting it so it can do it's job of healing, detoxifying, and creating flow between the body systems.

Some people choose to rely heavily or even solely on holistic healing; everyone has their unique path, needs, and desires. But this is a great example of how holistic healing can support western medicine. 💊🩺💚
