This is Dr. Rohn Rigby — a compassionate Family Practice Physician and Board-Certified Obesity Medicine specialist with over 20 years of experience, and nearly a decade dedicated specifically to obesity and metabolic health. 💥

Originally from Dayton, Ohio, Dr. Rigby now lives in Utah with his wife and four amazing kids. Outside the clinic, you’ll find him staying active through running and biking — not just as a hobby, but as part of the lifestyle that transformed his own health. 🏃‍♂️🚴‍♂️

Dr. Rigby knows the weight loss journey personally. He’s struggled with his own weight for much of his life. But after years of frustration, research, and trial-and-error, he discovered the keys to overcoming insulin resistance and achieving lasting, sustainable health. That breakthrough didn’t just change his life — it gave him a mission: to help others do the same. 🙌

Since then, he’s poured his heart into understanding the science behind obesity and insulin resistance, spending countless hours studying, educating, and empowering his patients. He’s not just a physician — he’s walked the walk.
