Did you know I offer cupping massage? Some of the benefits include: the effectiveness of deep tissue without the pain, improved range of motion, increased circulation, and it helps reduce inflammation. Yes, some bruising is normal, but doesn't always happen. It usually is gone within a day or two.

I just got certified in cupping massage! What is cupping? Cupping uses silicone cups suctioned onto the skin to draw circulation into an area. Using cupping during massage helps to release adhesions in the muscle tissue to heal injuries, reduce edema, and reduce pain. Cupping also stimulates the lymph system and can benefit the immune response. Want to give it a try? During September you can upgrade your massage to include cupping at no extra cost!
