The Cozy Retire family began in 1977 in Ogden , Utah with Gardens Assisted Living. This beautiful building was the dream of Dr. Nebeker, and today is continued by his family. To continue the legacy, Apple Tree in Kaysville opened in 1992, and Apple Village in Layton in 1998. Each community has unique features like indoor gardens with trees and birds, indoor water features with live fish, and skylights with natural light down each hall! Our residents Don't Just Live, they LIVE LIVEY at Gardens, Apple Tree, and Apple Village!

We have had an outpouring of support for our upcoming Community Bingo Night! We want to thank all of the wonderful companies who have donated amazing raffle prizes. Everyone should come play with us Wednesday March 19th at 6:30 at Apple Village Assisted Living! Everyone is welcome!!!
