1️⃣ Gluten
Often triggers immune cross-reactivity and fuels thyroid inflammation, even in people without obvious gut symptoms.
2️⃣ Dairy
A common driver of gut irritation and immune activation, especially with autoimmune thyroid issues.
3️⃣ Soy
Can interfere with thyroid hormone function and absorption in some people.
4️⃣ Processed foods
Seed oils, additives, and fillers increase inflammation and stress the immune system.
5️⃣ Added sugar
Spikes blood sugar and stress hormones, which directly impacts thyroid function.
⚠️ This doesn’t mean these foods affect everyone the same way.
