From time to time, we carefully review our line to see where we can make things even better. Every adjustment is thoughtful and deliberate, whether it’s enhancing a formula or elevating the look and feel of our packaging. 💖 The more we learn, the more we get to pour back into what we make for you.

First up, our Green Tea Face Moisturizer and Face Cleanser 👏🏼 The formulas didn’t change, but they got a major packaging and label upgrade. I used to go out of my way to hide my psoriasis. Even this morning, editing a video, I caught myself thinking, “Oof… you can really see it there.”

But instead of cropping it out, I took a screenshot- because I want to talk about it.

I’m a formulator who can make just about anything. I know ingredients inside and out - what they do, how they work together, and how to turn them into something effective. And my mom? She’s an herbalist whose brain is basically a walking plant encyclopedia. Between the two of us, we’ve created products that have made a huge difference for me.

And still… I flare.

I wanted to share this because if you’ve ever felt frustrated that your body doesn’t “cooperate,” I get it. Even with all the tools, knowledge, and resources at my fingertips, my autoimmune diseases still show up.

It’s a reminder that healing isn’t always linear. Autoimmune conditions are stubborn, unpredictable, and full of trial and error.

About Us

My name is Jenny and I am the Founder and President of Purely Rooted Goods. Several years ago I began looking for natural products to use in our household and on our skin. And then when my granddaughter was born as a micro-preemie, we couldn’t find a diaper rash cream to heal her bottom. This necessity was the catapult for this business. I was determined to find something natural that worked, so I set out to see what I could find.

I began researching products, reading labels and investigating ingredients. I realized that if I wanted the highest quality and purest ingredients, that making my own would be the best choice. I compiled a safe and effective list of ingredients for an All-Purpose Salve that was a huge success. Before I knew it the business was growing and I needed help, so it was a perfect opportunity to start working with my daughter, Taelor, who is now the Vice President and works alongside me.

We have a vision of high quality, natural and pure products developed using therapeutic grade essential oils, organic flowers and herbs.

Our mission is to eventually cover many areas of health to be able to help as many people as we can, to live the highest quality of life possible using holistic healing.
